Teacher

STEPHEN BATCHELOR, author, globally active secular Buddhist meditation teacher (vipassana, mindfulness and more), former Buddhist monk, and leading thinker on Secular Buddhism. Stephen Batchelor bridges the gap between mindfulness as a means of self-awareness and an ethic for our times as a basis for authentic and engaged living. Thus, mindfulness practice for stress management and therapy becomes a form of art of living.
